Place over $100 of eligible items in the shopping cart.  All items on our website EXCEPT the following: PFD fabrics, fabric dyes, fabric paints, auxiliaries, and 1-1/4 yard gradation sets are eligible for $4.99 Flat Rate and Free Shipping.  If your order has one of the non-eligible items please select another shipping method during shopping cart checkout to avoid delaying your order while we contact you for the correct shipping charges.

3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address.

4. Select "Free Shipping" as your method of shipping.
