| Satisfaction Guarantee We are committed to making sure every one of our customers is 100% satisfied with their fabric purchases. If you are pleased with your DyeArtist fabric purchase we hope you will tell all of your friends! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us.

| Return Policy We will be happy to refund the price of the fabric less all-shipping charges. You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your shipment for a return shipment authorization. We will issue your refund for the price of the fabric, less all shipping charges, upon our receipt of the fabric uncut and in new condition. All gradations are sold as complete sets, we do not allow return of partial sets. No return on fabric that has been cut.

| Claims for Items Damaged During Shipment In the event that your shipment was damaged during shipment contact us immediately. Be sure to save the box or envelope your fabric was shipped in.
